- Biography
Jesús Villero is a graduate research assistant for the Georgia Policy Labs. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics at Georgia State University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad del Norte in Colombia and master’s degrees in economics from Georgetown University and ILADES-Universidad Alberto Hurtado in Chile. Before joining Georgia State, Jesús was a research associate at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), where he worked on financial inclusion projects. His areas of interest are development economics, labor economics, and family economics.
