Julie Stoverink is the Director of Grants and Financial Planning for the Georgia Policy Labs. She is a RACC certified research administrator with over 10 years of experience in university finance and grants administration. She is responsible for the sustainability of the Georgia Policy Labs’ diverse financial portfolio, including budget development, revenue forecasting, financial reporting, and resource optimization. Julie oversees the development and execution of the Georgia Policy Labs’ business operations, fiscal compliance practices, and the pre- and post-award administration of sponsored awards. She received her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, MO. She worked in Georgia State University’s College of Arts and Sciences and the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) prior to joining the Andrew Young School.
