Keith Teltser

Keith Teltser is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Georgia State University.  He is an applied microeconomist, specializing in public and health economics.  His research focuses on the shortage and allocation of transplantable human organs, the impacts of kidney exchange programs on patient outcomes, and policy issues pertaining to the so-called sharing economy (e.g., Uber, Airbnb).  His research is published in leading economics journals including American Economic Journal: Applied Economics, American Economic Journal: Economic Policy, and the Review of Economics and Statistics.  Dr. Teltser earned his Ph.D. and M.A. in economics from Michigan State University, a B.A. in economics from West Virginia University, and a B.A. in philosophy from West Virginia University.
